Refund Policy

Qavlixor supports refund and after-sales requests according to order status, delivery records, merchant response, and platform review.

Eligible requests

Buyers may request after-sales support for missing items, damaged items, incorrect products, non-delivery, or other order issues supported by evidence.

Review process

The merchant may respond first. If the issue cannot be resolved, Qavlixor may review order records, delivery status, buyer evidence, and merchant notes.

Refund handling

Approved refunds may be partial or full. Refund records are linked to the original order and payment transaction.

Time window

Unless otherwise required by law or platform decision, after-sales requests should be submitted within 30 days after receipt confirmation.
